The price per m2 of the apartment is EUR 3,500 without VAT. The price per m2 of the balcony is EUR 1,500 without VAT.
The purchase price consists of partial payments:
€5,000 - when signing the reservation contract, (Reservation deposit is included in 15% when signing the contract on the future contract)
15% - when signing the contract on the future contract,
35% - when closing the roof of the building,
30% - when bringing the apartment to the empty room stage,
15% - upon completion of the apartment building,
5% - after approval,
